Blogs by Sunny Serafino The quest goes on 4/26/2008 4:09:08 AMSometimes I remember how naive I was when I first decided to become a writer. Back then I thought all I had to do was write the book. Then others would take over the tedious tasks of editing, promoting, choosing the cover, etc. Not so. And I must admit when all that is done—by me—it's still worth the effort. Now that Second Chances is finished, if a piece of creative work is ever finished, I'm doing the tedious things. Right now the cover is the biggest thing on my agenda. I've gone over photos, art work and looked everywhere for inspiration. There are three or four what just might make the mark but nothing is definite yet. And so the quest goes on. Do other writers go through this too? I wonder if there are any quick, wonderful solutions? Surely all this effort should be rewarded.
