Wow, my cup runneth over. This past week I heard from my cousin Jenepher in England. Yesterday my cousin Sue who also lives in England emailed me and last night I found a message on my answering machine from my cousin Peter in Australia. This morning he emailed me; I've already answered him and will be emailing the other two cousins later today.

You might wonder what all the excitement is about. Well, growing up here in the US I never knew my grandparents, they were in England. I had one aunt and one uncle who had three children, first cousins who all lived in Australia. My two cousins in England are daughters of two of my father's first cousins. Is that confusing enough? Needless to say with so few relatives I'm delighted when I hear from them. Thank God for emails! So all of you who have dozens of cousins, plenty of aunts and uncles and were fortunate enough to grow up knowing grandparents relish those relationships. Family, no matter how small or large is one God's blessing.
