Blogs by Sunny Serafino SUNNY SAYS 10/13/2008 7:54:20 AMI don't skip anymore. That might not be surprising news but I was thinking the other day about what I can't do that I did at one time. Of course, all the childhood things seem to be out of range now, jumping rope, skipping, skating, and playing hide and seek after dinner when there's just enough light left and before your mother called you home. But what a wealth of wonders we adult senior have. Who knew you could do what you wanted and when you wanted with whom you wanted any time of most days (excepting doctors appointments)? Play cards? Sure afternoon or evenings wherever folks gather. Read the entire newspaper before you make the bed. Wow that's a good one. Do laundry in the morning instead of after you've done a day's work. The list is endless and grows yearly. So, I don't skip anymore but then who needs it?
