Blogs by Sunny Serafino Endless Summer 6/24/2008 12:10:10 PMRemember back when you were a kid and when school was out there was this seemingly endless period of time when you didn't have to dress up, attend school and there was nothing ahead of you but fun. No dressing up, no school, dirty faces didn't matter and you lived in shorts. Well living in Florida is kind of like that. Our year is an endless summer. The skies are always blue (or almost always), the trees and shrubs are green and flowers bloom year around. Of course, you do have to do yard work year round but the good far out-weighs the bad. I feel like a kid with summer vacation ahead of me all year around. So when we have a thunderstorm I'm glad for the rain and if we have a cloudy day I think of all the sunshine.
