Blogs by Sue Hess Is It Time to Update 2/27/2007 10:32:13 AMSomeone suggested the other day that I post a new picture on my website...I guess she figured correctly that the one on there is a few years old (5) and it is time to 'fess up...
I haven't left an old picture up for any devious reason...I regularly confess to being an old broad..I just avoid cameras like the plague. My sister took the picture that is on my bio one day when we were playing around with a camera, trying to get the embroidered jacket that I had just done and missing it completely. Okay we are not expert photographers. But the picture went up and there it stays. Truth is, and this is really true, I haven't had a picture made since that one in 2002 or around there and I have decided that I have to remedy that. I called Susie and asked if she knew where her digital camera was and she said yes so tonight we are going to update that photo whether I like it (and I won't) or not. Have I changed? Who hasn't in five years. Hair style, color, contacts, there is always a change going on with me, I change my hair color with my moods. Other than that, I'm pretty much the same person I was when that photo was taken. So I say now. We'll see after tonight, when the truth comes out. If you are brave enough, stop by and say hello to the recent me.....unless I chicken out. I am seriously camera shy.
