Getting flu shots and other stuff

Alright you people it's that time of year young and old alike (Especially you older people). Get that flu shot. I just want to a CVS pharmacy out here in LA and just for a few bucks I got a flu shot. Flu shots are given everywhere now, not just at the hospital. Get that shot in October so you don't feel really lousy in December or January.

I am starting to become an Asian foodaholic ESPECIALLY JAPANESE FOOD. I just went to one of these Asian stores and both these "seaweed crackers" and it's like the best tasting stuff I've ever had in my life. The main thing about seaweed crackers IS NO FAT OR CHOLESTEROL.

Speaking of fat and cholesterol I just read an article in a magazine that says that AMERICANS EAT OVER 1 MILLION WINCHELLS DONUTS AND 2.5 MILLION BURGER KING WHOPPERS A DAY. UGH. If you want to live to a ripe old age get away from that stuff and go for stuff like seaweed and tofu and fruits and nuts.

Also if I can't make it an actress I may be a fitness guru like all these other celebrities. I'm in great shape and know just as much about keeping fit as these celebrities. One plan would be "Fifi's 16 hour a day" workout. You know how you do that BY WALKING ALL OVER THE PLACE INSTEAD OF SITTING ON YOUR DUFF OR DRIVING THAT GAS GUZZLING KILLER THAT PROBABLY KNOCKS 5-10 YEARS OFF YOUR LIFE. WALK WALK WALK. WALK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Like I said before you'll tighten that waistline AND cut down on your gas bills by walking more and driving less. Most of you people can do a lot of walking at work and probably do. I know that because whenever I call someone at work they're not at their desk.

Speaking of work My God I took the day off today but noticed all the restaurant parking lots were literally packed during the lunch hours of 12-2. I guess people are right when they say us Americans (especially Los Angelenos) like to take leisurly lunches

Marcus is about to have a reading at some of the local bookstores and of course I will do some of the readings. TEE HEE you people will get to see me and my vibrant personality soon at your local bookstore. Ok that's more than enough thoughts for now.
