Omigosh LA is turning into Noahs Ark and it less than 2 years the Double Os will be Dead You people have not been entertained by me the most talented actor who has not landed a role in a while. Well like all of you I've been busy, busy, busy. I was gonna tell you people all my New Years resolutions on Jan 1 but then I got distracted by all thoae bowl games, especially that debacle of a game called the Rose Bowl in which the Illini got embarassed by USC. What in heavens name is going on with the Big 10 teams? Buckeyes you are the savior of the Big 10 and need to get the job done Monday but I have to be a little hesitant remembering how last year went. Please College Football Gods can you at least make the game for the Buckeyes respectable with LSU?
I am thinking of being a Hucklebearean? (Follower of Huckleby). I like a lot of what the man says. Hillary are you nervous my fellow Iowans voted for Obama?
Anyways I'm not distracted tonite and have a lot of things to write about, starting with those New Years resolutions. It's very simple. I will lose weight (around 10 pounds) and fatten my wallet(Other words cut down on my credit card debt). Most of you people need to do the same. Get rid of the debt and the weight. When you feel the urge to go to an expensive restaraunt rent a DVD and eat at home. When you feel the urge to have a nice fattening desert like apple pie ala mode eat an apple instead. Take a walk to the local grocery store instead of burn money and gas away in your hydrocarbon burning automobile (you lose weight, save money and put no toxic fumes in the air). When you feel the urge to just sit around on a rainy weekend like we're currently having in LA and watch TV and eat chips, walk around and clean your house instead. Yep you and I can lose weight and lose debt. IT JUST TAKES WILLPOWER.
I gotta keep my weight down bacause I'm an actress. I cannot afford to look fat and expect to land a role. I mean they only make a movie like 'Hairspray' once a year or so.
It's clearly becoming like Noahs Ark out here in LA. I mean for such a long time we had this drought nd now it's like poring cats and dogs out here. I hate driving in the streets when it rains because Californians aren't used to crappy weather unlike us Midwesteners and don't drive very well.
You people remember a character actor from movies like In the Heat of the Night and In Cold Blood named Scott Wilson? He played a young tough in both those movies. Well it's like 40 years later and you see Scott Wilson playing a refined Southern father or grandfather in movies like Monster and Junebug. He's just a very good character actor. It's amazing how actors change and seem like a completely different person in movie roles over the years. Another favorite character actor of mine over the years is James Cromwell. He used to play Stretch Cunningham in All in the Family and then you see him in that Babe and recently he's played a lot of serious roles.
Best movies of a forgettable year 2007. I'll go with Juno, Diving Bell and the Butterfly, Breach, and The Great Debaters.
Worst movies of 2007. There were so many bad movies none of them really stand out.

Best TV show in a forgetable year 2007. Mmmmm not much to choose upon. I'll go with Dog the Bounty Hunter even though I hear it's canceled.
Why can't I get a role when there are so many mediocre entertainers around? GRRRRR.
I'm sorry I have a lot of respect for character actors but my goal is to be a star even though RIGHT NOW A CHARACTER ROLE LOOKS PRETTY DARN INVITING.
I just can't understand how they can give all those Aliens and Predators roles in that horrible remake 'Requiem?' and I'm still here pounding the pavement looking for work. I know I can be just as scary as any of them.
Can you people believe the Double Os will be over in less than 2 years. I'm so used to saying Anything Goes in the Double Os what will I say in 2010? (By the way also the name of a lousy Sci Fi sequel to one of the best films in my opinion ever made, 2001). Now that it's the teens we'll all be eating pork and beans? More than enough thoughts for now.
