Stay away from that good tasting stuff I WILL USE EVERY BIT OF WILLPOWER, EVERY BIT OF WILLPOWER I HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM FATTENING, CRUNCHY CREAMY CHEWY STUFF. I'M TALKING ABOUT THE HOT DOGS, THE SNICKERS BARS, THE HERSEYS BARS, THE PIES, THE CAKES, THE MILKSHAKES, THE ICE CREAM, THE CHIPS, THE POPCORN.....ECETERA ECECERA LIKE THE LATE GREAT YUL BRYNNER USED TO SAY.
I JUST HAD A MOMENTARY BIT OF WEAKNESS, A MOMENTARY BIT OF WEAKNESS FOR JUST A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I HAD LIKE A CRAVING FOR JUNK FOOD AND THE NEXT THING I KNOW I STEP ON THE SCALES AND GAINED LIKE 5 POUNDS. SO THAT'S IT.....CARROTS INSTEAD OF CANDY, GRAPES INSTEAD OF CORN CHIPS, APPLES INSTEAD OF DOUGHNUTS. I REFUSE TO LOOK LIKE A HUMAN DOUGHNUT.....ALSO NO MORE BEING A LAZY BOOBTUBE, INTERNET SURFING COUCH POTATO, SITUPS, JUMPING JACKS, AND TOE TOUCHERS WILL BE PART OF MY DAILY REGIMEN. THAT SCALE WILL SHOW FEWER POUNDS THE NEXT TIME I STEP ON IT.
These are tough tough times with what's going on with Wall Street, Hurricane Ike and that big train crash in Chatsworth but the Lord will guide us thru it just like He always has.
The Cubs are going to make the playoffs, the Cubs are going to have the homefield advantage in the National League playoffs, the Cubs are going to.........I'm praying Lord I'm praying, it's been 100 years Lord........IT'S ABOUT TIME LORD......
Uggggggghhhhhh nobody very good in the Midwest this year because the Buckeyes really stunk it up against the Trojans but we still have the Packers, Colts, and......Bears?
It's sad to see a big Wall Street firm like Lehman Brothers go under. I MEAN THAT COMPANY HAD ASSETS OF OVER 600 BILLION DOLLARS. MOST COUNTRIES DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY. Also Merrill Lynch is now part of B of A. Father said when he was younger he dreamed about taking his Iowa Economics degree and working as an executive at Chase Manhattan Bank or a prestigious Wall Street firm like JP Morgan or Saloman Brothers or Drexel Burnham Lambert. Well JP and Chase are one company just like B of A and those other two places, sadly like Lehman Brothers, are no longer around.
You people remember that guy on GEICO who was 'a real life' voice of movie trailers. Well his name was Don LaFontaine and he sadly passed away a few weeks ago. I mean he was the voice for all kinds of famous movie trailers like 2001, the Godfather, and the Terminator. Rest in peace Don, you can do voiceover work for all the movies made in Heaven. By the way he also happened to be part French like me, LaFontaine like Larouche
Speaking of mystical things I'm still a bit disappointed I haven't been able to see my chakras or my auras even though I can see my astral body. I need to train my brain and my thoughts better and also consult my Yogi so I can see these things. More than enough thoughts for now.
