Some health tips and why is that lizard acting and not me? Alright as you people know I give frequent health tips because I'm an actress and can't afford to get fat. Now Marcus you say have a 34 inch waist but that 34 inch sure looks tight on you. Come on Marcus you're around a 35. That's OK you are on vacation and you'll be back to teaching those little kiddies in about a month so you've got plenty of time to get your waist size down to say 33. Just walk about 4 miles a day and put about an hour in that gym especially on that treadmill.
Now you people want to know from me who has a 27 inch waist size how to keep that weight down. Simple rules. Minimum 2 miles day walk, 50 situps, and 25 "toe touchers" AT LEAST 5 DAYS WEEKLY. You don't have to go to any fancy gym to do this or buy any fancy exercise equipment. You can go to any sporting good store and get an inexpensive stair stepper for around a hundred bucks to use during the "rainy season." OR YOU CAN DO A LOT OF HOUSEWORK DURING RAINY DAYS TO GET EQUIVALENT CALORIE BURNING AS THE TWO MILE WALK. Again, 2, 50, and 25,
five days a week. Sometimes I get frustrated when I see people who need execrcise. I feel like screaming "2, 50, and 25" in their ears. I also get frustrated when I see someone smoke. I feel like knocking that cancer stick out of their hands. You people need to realize how exercise not only keeps your weight down but keeps your organs more healthy because of more oxygen intake and more blood circulation.
One more health tip. I just read in the paper that Chinese food can be as fattening as fast food. Whire rice and those egg rolls are very fattening and so is chow mein. Even worse than Chinese food is Mexican and Italian food. When you go to a Chinese restaraunt try to order brwown rice and eat a lot of the vegetables like brocolli. The bottom line is that when you go out to eat you will consume a lot more calories than if you eat at home. SO DINE OUT SPARINGLY.
I can't believe a cave man and especially a lizard are acting in those car insurance commercials and here I am pounding the pavement going to audition after audiiton. I mean that cave man has lived in a cave all his life, not to mention he didn't even go to high school and here I am a graduate of a prestigious college with a degree in fine arts STILL WORKING AS A WAITRESS. AND THAT LIZARD I MEAN HE'S NOT EVEN HUMAN. How did these 2 get those commercial roles? They got a great persistant agent, that's how. Jerry are you listening?
Finally I heard they're gonna open a "sky walk" that will go over a 4000 foot cliff at the Grand Canyon but to do the walk you have to pay 25 bucks. I mean father (who as you know is a famous economist) and I agree that's quite ridiculous paying 25 bucks when you can get the same view for free standing at edge of the Canyon. And you'd get a better view with a high powered binocular. OK more than enough thoughts for now!
