Celebrating the Lord's weekend and its like Deja Vu after Deja Vu with the Buckeyes As you people celebrate Easter weekend you need to reflect and think about the Lord and all He's done for you. Today being Good Friday MEANS I DON'T EAT MEAT OR CHICKEN AND IT'S NOT LIKE I'M FORCED TO BECAUSE I'M CATHOLIC. I mean that Man did a little sacrifice 2000 years for all you people. I just feel if the Lord can sacrifice his body for all Humanity well I can sacrifice one day and not any meat. I don't even eat junkfood. Now you aetheists can do a little sacrifice today for Mother Nature and all She's given you like AIR, FOOD, AND WATER, STUFF YOU TO NEED TO LIVE ON. I also don't do any dancing or partying on Easter weekend. The Lord doesn't care about anyone succumbing to Earthly temptations on His weekend and WE ALL NEED TO THINK ABOUT THE AFTERLIFE.
Omigosh I can't believe those Buckeyes and how they can't beat those Florda Gators. WE GET BEAT BY FLORIDA IN THE TITLE GAME IN BOTH FOOTBALL AND BASKETBALL. IT'S DEJA VU TWICE. Well the only good news is there is a slim chance that Greg Oden will come back.
I can't wait till they upgrade cell phones so we can call up people on places like the top of Mt Everest or deep in the Amazon jungle. I mean when I become a rich and famous actress I'll have the time and money to visit places like that. I may not climb Everest, but I may consider climbing say Mt Mckinley in Alaska and I hear its pretty windy out there so I may want to use my cell and call my hair stylist in Brentwood to set up an apppointment after I reach the summit.
I really like some of those old "One Hit Wonders" they showed on cable TV last night. Father says he remembers that song "Harper Valley PTA" sung by Jeannie C Riley back in the 60s. It's a really great song. Also you people know that Steve Martin had a "One hit wonder" back in the 70s called 'KIng Tut.' It's really a funny song and Marcus says it was a big hit back then.
Lets say goodbye to 2 titans who left us recently. Marcus used to loved to read magazines like 'Hot Rod' and 'Motor Trend' when he was in school. Well Mr Peterson who started all those hot rod and motorcycle magazines you see on the newstands recently passed. He also has a great Auto Hall of Fame out here in LA you people need to visit. Also Eddie Robinson who made Grambling football synonymous with Notre Dame back in the 50s and 60s also left us, AND EDDIE ALSO HAPPENS TO BE A FORMER HAWKEYE, GOT HIS MASTERS THERE. Rest in peaee Coach Robinson and Mr Peterson.
OK looking forward to seeing all you people at LA Times April 28 and 29. I WILL BE THERE. More than enough thoughts for now.
